Coaching, mentorship, speaking, and facilitation for women, founders, and communities navigating transition, ambition, identity, and the human side of leadership.
Some people come to me privately, in a moment of transition. Others invite me into rooms — to speak, moderate, facilitate, or help a group have a more honest conversation.
Across both formats, my work creates space to think clearly, speak honestly, and find the next step that feels true.
Two Ways to Work Together
Private 1:1 work for women navigating transition, ambition, motherhood, career shifts, founder identity, or the question of what comes next.

Explore Speaking & FacilitationFor women navigating transition, ambition, motherhood, career shifts, founder identity, or the question of what comes next.
This work is for women who are in a moment of change and want a thoughtful, honest space to understand what is shifting, what they want now, and how to move forward without abandoning themselves.
We may explore career direction, leadership, identity, ambition, motherhood, self-trust, visibility, or the emotional weight of transition.
My 1:1 work is currently offered selectively.
To inquire, email me at svetlana@svetlanakaz.com with a few sentences about you and the transition you are currently navigating. We will take it from there.
You do not need to have perfect language for it. A few honest sentences are enough.
“I worked with Svetlana at a moment when I had many possibilities and not enough clarity — the kind of moment that might look productive on the outside but can make you feel stuck on the inside. In just three sessions, she helped me see that I was not juggling several separate challenges and opportunities, but navigating one transition with different levers. That reframe alone was worth it. I strongly believe this is the kind of coaching that actually moves you forward.”
“Working with Svetlana Kaz has changed that. She reminded me that small steps still count as movement. That showing up, even when you're uncertain, is enough. And that what I'm trying to build in the women's health space isn't just meaningful to me — it's also needed. Because women should not have to navigate anything alone.”
I speak, moderate, and facilitate conversations on ambition, identity, women's leadership, founder resilience, burnout, motherhood, self-trust, transition, and the human side of achievement.
This work can take the form of a keynote, fireside chat, moderated conversation, workshop, founder-community session, women's leadership circle, retreat, or facilitated conversation for a team or group.
My talks and facilitated spaces are grounded, personal, and reflective — designed to help people recognize something true in their own lives and leave with more clarity, not just inspiration.
I have spoken at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Oxford University, MIT alumni events, and gatherings across healthcare, AI, entrepreneurship, and women's health.
Possible topics include:
“I teach at Stanford University and Svetlana was a featured speaker for me at a workshop I produced for women startup founders. The audience was startup founders and venture capitalists. She held the attention of the room, her storytelling skills were excellent, and the overall event was a big success.”
“The audience loved Svetlana's presence and the transparency she brought to the topic of leadership.”
“If I could describe Svetlana's speech in one word, it would be genuine.”
“I was so moved by Svetlana's vulnerability when sharing about her journey. Her words stayed with me long after.”
Whether we work together privately, in a room, on a stage, or through a facilitated conversation, my work tends to be:
